Show Low Chalet is a one bedroom, 1.5 bath home with a loft that sleeps up to six guests in the heart of Show Low just minutes from Fools Hollow Lake and Recreation Area. We have a beautiful outdoor patio for entertaining to enjoy the sights and sounds of nature around you. Guests enjoy the local ski resorts, golf courses, hiking, fishing, boating, kayaking, and other outdoor adventures.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of a locked owner’s shed in the backyard.
Other things to note
*This is a completely smoke-free (pipe, tobacco, vape, etc) and drug-free unit and is limited to 6 guests. Any violation of these rules will result in termination of your rental agreement and additional fees.
*Linens and bath towels are supplied for each bed and MUST stay in the condo. Renter will be charged for any missing or damaged towels or linens.
*A basic starter pack of toilet paper for each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, two trash bags, and dish soap is provided at check in. You will need to supply any additional products beyond the starter pack.
*There is a stackable washer/dryer available for your use in the unit. There is some detergent available, but feel free to bring your own brand.
*There is a front door doorbell camera active on the property facing outward as well as front yard and backyard cameras. All cameras are motion activated and record both video and audio. Any tampering with the cameras including covering, blocking, or disabling them is terms for immediate termination of your reservation.
*Deactivation of Wi-Fi (modem and/or router) may lead to immediate termination of the rental.
*There is a $50 replacement fee per remote. There are remotes for each TV.
