My husband and I bought a condo in 2019 as an investment property. We tried two different management companies. Both were a disaster. Even with promises of treating the condo like their own and promising great results. From not getting rentals to having to chase down our money. We had enough. We put an inquiry on FB for suggestions. Mike reached out immediately. After talking with him and expressing our concerns, we felt he was the right choice.. We have been with him now for a couple of months, and we are seeing more activity than ever before. Mike is great at keeping our listing relevant. He is constantly looking to see what he can do to get more rentals. He is always there when you have any questions and looks out for our condo as if it were his own. When any of the renters have questions, he responds to them immediately. To say we are happy with him is an understatement. We would recommend him 100%.
Michael was an exceptional host. He was very responsive and helpful with any questions that came up along the way. The condo is in a great location too – 15-20 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from Broadway at the Beach and many other restaurants/cafes, and 5 minutes from the beach. What I loved most about it though was how clean and modern the condo was. The condo was beautifully furnished with new furniture and decor and everything was in pristine condition. Definitely a 5 star place and would highly recommend.
The host was very responsive and so accommodating. I can tell the house design had a lot of thought put into it. The communication and little details all over the house made the entire experience very comfortable – the s’mores bag, the water in the fridge, the directions for how to open the front door, and the fridge magnet with helpful house info. I hope the hosts get to enjoy the view from the house as well or an equivalently good view somewhere else.

The condo is on the top floor, and an end unit so it is nice and quiet! The golf course view is lovely. The condo is beautifully appointed and had everything we needed! We were visiting for baseball and it was in a great location for Ripken and an easy drive to CCU. The communication was outstanding. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!
Mike has been a pleasure to work with. He has a pleasant and professional disposition and is very thorough in execution for his rental units. We enjoy servicing his tastefully appointed condo and are looking forward to a long standing relationship with him.

Mike has been my co-host since February and I have had nothing but success so far. He makes sure the home is set up with Coastline Home Service to welcome guests. He also helps guests during their stay, If guests have an issue during their stay, he has communicated with them and fixed the problem. Mike has great attention to detail and makes sure we cover all the bases so the guests have a great stay and we get positive reviews. Having Mike as my co-host has been a game changer for having success with my STR.

The co host dad( Michael started management of my two units. I have seen a great difference not only in attention but also dedication and making sure that my Two properties make the most out of my investment. Michael’s place was fantastic for our family vacation. It was immaculate and spacious. My kids really enjoyed the bunk beds. The other rooms were really comfortable and the kitchen had everything that you needed. This was a great place to stay and we would definitely come again.
Michaels place was fantastic! Located close enough to everything that we we needed while still offering some fantastic golf course views and a quiet area! Loved this rental and will definitely use it for future stays!
The condo was very clean and well appointed. The expectations and procedures were well communicated. We had no issues during the stay, but the host, Michael, was ready and willing to help with anything that may come up. The location was great and central to most of the activities we did during our stay.

My family and I just love lost Key! It’s always cute, fun and super clean. Boyd and Eva’s condo was no exception. Everything was perfect! All instructions were sent before I even asked and they were very concise! Key cards and garage door opener was ready for us when we walked in. What a lovely experience. We very much enjoyed our stay! This is a great location. We have a son at U Tampa so we were happy to be close to campus. This house is set up perfectly to feel at home and is stocked with everything we needed including beach chairs and towels for a day at our favorite beach. We hope to come back again next year!
We had a great time and felt very comfy! Loved the attention to detail and instructions for using internet, tv, hot tub, etc.
House was very clean. Hot tub worked great. I was most impressed that Starbucks K-cups, extra paper towels and TP, beach towels, and spices/seasonings were provided. We spent Friday to Monday there and did not see the tenant that lives in the in-law-building. Although the neighborhood isn’t quite Hyde Park, we felt safe walking around and had easy Uber ride to Hyde Park, Raymond James Stadium, and Ybor City. Would stay here again when visiting Tampa.
Great great great great location and house! Really killer. Hot Tub is awesome. Outdoor shower. 3 beds, 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite and 1 hallway), big living room, fully stocked kitchen, washer, dryer, slick Wi-Fi and just the best location you can imagine! It’s insanely close to so many awesome things!! – DT Tampa, close – Hard Rock Casino, very close – Great bars, close – Restaurants, close – Ybor City, close Almost literally less than 20 minutes to literally ANYTHING! Book this joint and have a great time in a GREAT city!!
This place was incredible and we were so lucky to have our family of four be able to stay here on such short notice. Rachel & Michael were amazing. We unfortunately started our trip with some very misfortunate events and had no where for our family to four to stay, and Rachel was super responsive and accommodating to us! We appreciate everything. The area was amazing and we had so much fun
The location is definitely everything. Everything is within 1 mile. There’s so much attractions and many restaurants to try. We enjoyed how quiet it was. The checking in and checking out was very easy. Which was great not having to worry about a key. I loved how there were board games for me and my family to play when we were inside. I have thought about bringing my own and I forgot. The kitchen has everything you need for your cooking or baking essentials. Also, so many movie options on the TVs as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
