About The Cohost Dad
My name is Michael Connolly and I am a licensed real estate agent and host of my own airbnb investment property in South Carolina. More so, I am the father to four little boys and a beautiful wife named Stephanie. Quickly in our journey towards building a successful short term rental, we learned how important it was to have the proper systems in place to maximize our time, energy and revenue, while providing a 5 star experience for our guests.
My mission and my passion had finally aligned when I founded The Cohost Dad. I can partner with other short term rental investors, providing them with more time and energy in their day, while fulfilling their vision of running a profitable Airbnb. The true value in the company is our ability to produce YOUR vision through communication, collaboration and task execution. When this happens, true synergy is achieved.

Cohosting is designed with the owner’s vision and the guest experience at the forefront of everything. Unlike major property management companies, your Airbnb identity remains yours. From the paint and furniture to the theme you wish to convey, your thumbprint remains on the property. A cohost’s job is to facilitate that vision, put systems in place that allow it to flourish, and ultimately drive more revenue to the owner. This is done, of course, while relentlessly striving for a 5-star experience for your guests. To anyone traveling to your home and using a booking platform, they still see YOUR home and YOUR vision as the owner and host of the Airbnb. The cohost is simply added to the account in the ‘background.’ On the surface, it’s still your style, taste, and experience that you’re providing to the guests that stay. The cohost model encourages owner expression of ideas through collaboration and communication.”
