☆ If the Hot Tub water isn’t in the same condition as when you arrived, there is a $250 charge applied to the renter.
☆ Our home has TWO (2) dedicated parking spaces labeled for our guests. These spaces are labeled as “09B”
☆ Trash Pick up is WEDNESDAY morning. Please bring trash cans out the evening prior.
☆ Family friendly (kid friendly) amenities available in the home including a pack ‘n play/travel crib, high chair, safety gates, and outlet covers.
☆ We provide a STARTER amount of amenities (i.e soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc. ) Please plan accordingly.
