Additional Information
- House Rules: No pets. No smoking anywhere on the property. No motorized vehicles or trailers. From October to March, 4WD or AWD vehicles are strongly recommended due to mountain conditions (no refunds issued for weather-related access issues).
- Starter Pack: A starter supply of toiletries, paper products, and cleaning basics. Guests are responsible for additional items. Guests are responsible for additional supplies.
- Additional Agreement: An additional rental agreement must be signed before check-in.
- Age Requirement: Must be 25 years or older to rent
