- House Rules: Non-smoking property. Pet-friendly: Up to 3 dogs allowed (dog door available). Quiet hours begin at 8:00 PM. No parties or events allowed.
- Security: The property features an exterior Ring doorbell camera for safety and security. Deactivation or tampering with the camera is grounds for termination of the rental.
- Starter Pack: A starter supply of toiletries, paper products, and cleaning supplies is provided. Guests are responsible for additional supplies.
- Additional Agreement: An additional rental agreement must be signed before check-in.
