THE SPACE
☆ This is a 3rd floor walk-up condo with vaulted ceilings and a view of the
pond/fountain from the private balcony.
☆ The property is located within the Willow Bend community of Barefoot Resort
and Golf and minutes from various restaurants, shops and family
entertainment within Barefoot Landing.
☆ 3 Beach chairs, 1 Beach Umbrella and an assortment of beach toys are available in the balcony closet.
☆ Barefoot has four golf courses surrounding the resort.
☆ There is a free shuttle daily from May -Sept if you opt not to drive.
☆ There are three bedrooms to sleep a maximum of 8 allowed guests
☆ Enjoy the Willow Bend pool steps away or the North Tower pool overlooking t
the Intercoastal Waterway.

Guest access
☆ Guests will have full access to the entire condo except one owner’s closet in the master bedroom (there is plenty of space in the second closet for guests) and an owner’s cabinet labeled in the kitchen. Guests also have access to the Willow Bend pool steps from the condo and the main 15,000sf Barefoot Resort North Tower pool.
Other things to note
*Additional owner rental agreement needed to be signed prior to check in, separate from the booking platform
☆ This is a completely smoke free (pipe, tobacco, vape, etc) and drug free unit
and is limited to 8 guests. Any violation of these rules will result in termination
of your rental agreement and additional fees.
☆ Please return ALL POOL KEY CARDS ($200 fee to replace each one
missing)
☆ Linens and bath towels are supplied for each bed and MUST stay in the
condo. Renter will be charged for any missing or damaged towels or linens.
☆ Please plan to bring your own beach/pool towels.
☆ A basic starter pack of toilet paper for each bathroom, a roll of paper towels,
two trash bags, and dish soap is provided at check in. You will need to supply
any additional products beyond the starter pack.
☆ There is a stackable washer/dryer in the unit, but please bring your own
detergent if you plan to wash a load during your stay.
☆ Willow Bend HOA does not permit motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers in the parking lot.

Not included
Well absolutely loved every minute of our stay! We had plenty of space for our family, easy access to pools and beaches. We loved how quiet the location was yet we were only a few minutes drive from everything we needed. The space was beautiful and clean. Which is always a top priority for our family! We hope to visit again!
