Additional Information

• This unit is a private lock-out studio with an adjoining door to a one-bedroom condo. Guests can choose to rent both units together for additional space.
• Guests must sign an additional rental agreement prior to check-in.
• This is a completely smoke-free and drug-free property. Violations will result in the termination of the rental agreement and additional fees.
• Linens and bath towels are provided but must remain in the condo. Guests should bring their own beach/pool towels.
• A basic starter pack of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap) is provided at check-in.
• Pool key cards must be returned upon check-out. A $200 fee will be charged for each missing key card.
• There is a $50 replacement fee for the TV remote.
