Additional Information
- Guests must sign an additional rental agreement prior to check-in.
- This is a completely smoke-free and drug-free unit. Violations will result in the termination of the rental agreement and additional fees.
- Pool key cards must be returned upon check-out. A $200 fee will be charged for each missing key card.
- Linens and bath towels are provided but must remain in the condo. Guests should bring their own beach/pool towels.
- A starter pack of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap) is provided at check-in.

- No pets allowed (HOA policy)
- No smoking or vaping allowed inside the property
