Guest access

Guests will have full access to the property including the garage with the exception of a locked owner’s closet downstairs and three locked storage cabinets in the garage.

Other things to note

☆ Additional owner rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in separate from the booking platform.

☆ Per Sedona law, all guests 18 and older staying in the property are required to pass a U.S. national sex offender registry background check within 24 hours of booking. By completing your booking, you are agreeing to add all guests (18 and older) to the Airbnb booking and provide any additional identifiers needed to complete your background check within 24 hours of booking. Additional identifiers may include (but are not limited to) full legal name, DOB, current/previous addresses, and/or a copy of current government ID.

☆ This is a completely smoke-free (pipe, tobacco, vape, etc) and drug free unit and is limited to 6 guests. Any violation of these rules will result in termination of your rental agreement and additional fees.

☆ Pets are NOT permitted at this home.

☆ Linens and bath towels are supplied for each bed and MUST stay in the condo. Renter will be charged for any missing or damaged towels or linens.

☆ Please leave shoes at the door to help keep the carpet free of red rock dust.

☆ Starter amenities only – only starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, two trash bags, and dish soap is provided at check in. You will need to supply any additional products beyond the starter pack. We supply some hand soap, shampoo and conditioner for each bathroom, but feel free to bring your own if you have a favorite brand.

☆ Free full-size washer/dryer are in the unit with some laundry detergent to get you started, but please bring your own detergent if you plan to wash more than a load or two during your stay.

☆ There is a front door Ring doorbell camera active on the property facing outward. It is active 24/7, motion activated with video and sound recording. It is there for the safety and security of our property and our guests.

☆ Deactivation of Wi-Fi (modem and/or router) may lead to immediate termination of the rental.

☆ There is a $50 replacement fee per remote. There are remotes for each TV.
