W/ easy access to local ski runs in winter, you’re just a short drive to the base of Belleayre Mt (1.9 mi). Relax & unwind in our serene vacation home near Belleayre Beach w/ & the best trails in NY. Dine & shop in one of the local hamlets or spend time in the yard with our hot tub, cabana & grill. Ideal for families, friends & couples, this mountain retreat is just what you need!

Start your day streaming your favorite music and enjoying your favorite cup of coffee or espresso. Be sure to BRING YOUR FAVORITE COFFEE as the home is equipped with a coffee drip, french press and espresso machine. Enjoy a family dinner or a late brunch in our fully stocked kitchen. In the evenings, sit in front of the wood fireplace in the living room (or the gas fireplace in the master bedroom) and relax with a movie and some family fun.
Visit the Scenic Catskills website for detailed information regarding all the Catskills Mountains Scenic Byway offers. An 8 minute drive gets you to Belleayre Beach and Belleayre Ski Mountain is even closer (1.9 miles)!

Other things to note
It is approximately a 1.9 mile drive up our road and at times it is narrow. Please drive with caution and at an appropriate speed. We are towards the end of the road, which adds to the privacy of our home!
Please be sure to scan and review hot tub rules prior to using as improper use of the amenity may lead to additional fees due to the need to drain and sanitize.
**While we supply citronella candles for outdoor dining, it is advised to bring additional bug spray as needed.
