Camp Show Low is a four bedroom, two bath cabin located in a secluded area of Show Low sleeping a maximum of 12 guests.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
*King bed in master w/attached master bathroom with separate soaker tub and oversized stand up shower and two vanities.

*Two twin bunk beds and twin trundle bed with trundle underneath in fourth bedroom
*Second bath is a tub/shower combo with dual vanities.

*The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a full meal.
*All major appliances available
*There is a Keurig coffee machine with K-Cups provided. There is also sugar, stevia and powdered creamer in the coffee cup cabinet above. If you would like to use a regular coffee pot, there is one above the microwave with liners.
*Smart TV’s located throughout the home capable of streaming your favorite shows and music (Roku sticks)
*Each TV is a smart TV with built in apps. Roku streaming stick is also provided for each TV which offers many more apps. There is also a DVD player for each TV. DVD’s are in the cabinet under the TV in the Living Room.
*A basic starter pack of toilet paper for each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, two trash bags and dish soap is provided at check in. You will need to supply any additional products beyond the starter pack.

Guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of the garages.

*Additional owner rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in separate from the booking platform.
RULES
*Smoking – This is a completely smoke-free (pipe, tobacco, vape, etc) and drug free unit and is limited to 12 guests unless otherwise approved by the owner in writing. Any violation of these rules will result of termination of your rental agreement and additional fees.
*This property is NOT pet friendly. Violation of this rule will result in termination of your rental agreement and additional cleaning fees.
*Cameras – There are 4 security cameras outside of the home. 1 doorbell camera at the front door. 1 camera at the driveway near the garages, 1 camera on the back patio facing the gravel driveway and another on the master balcony facing the back of the house. There are no cameras inside the home. Intentional disconnecting, tampering, or covering up of any of the cameras is terms for termination of the rental agreement.
*WiFi – Note: Being secluded definitely has its benefits but when it comes to technology it can cause challenges too. Camp Show Low has satellite internet as cable service is not provided in our area. Therefore, the speeds are not as fast as what you would experience at home in the city. Please avoid leaving TV’s on while nobody is watching them and only connect devices that need internet access. We’ve noticed cellular service is very good in the area and is oftentimes faster than our satellite internet service. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Deactivation of WiFi (modem and/or router) may lead to immediate termination of the rental.
*Remotes: There is a $50 replacement fee per remote. There are remotes for each TV.
