Additional Information
- House Rules: Non-smoking property. No pets allowed. Guests must comply with local regulations and rental agreement terms including sex offender registry check for booking guest.
- Security: The property features an exterior Ring doorbell camera for safety and security. Deactivation or tampering with the camera is grounds for termination of the rental.
- Starter Pack: A starter supply of toiletries, paper products, and cleaning supplies is provided. Guests are responsible for additional supplies.
- Additional Agreement: An additional rental agreement must be signed before check-in.
- Background Check: Per Sedona law, all guests 18 and older are required to pass a national sex offender registry background check within 24 hours of booking. By completing your booking, you agree to provide the necessary information for this check.
House Rules & Fees
- Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
- No smoking (including pipes, tobacco, vape, etc.)
- No pets allowed (per HOA)
- Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged towels, linens, or remotes ($50 replacement fee per remote).
- Shoes must be left at the door to keep carpets clean.
- Deactivation of Wi-Fi (modem and/or router) may lead to immediate termination of the rental.
