Welcome to our newly renovated, dream coastal retreat, offering the perfect blend of modern comfort & breathtaking views. Complete w/ modern renovations, this ocean view home promises an unforgettable experience. For a day of fun, consider venturing to popular attractions like Ripley’s Aquarium, Barefoot Landing, or Waites Island, each offering unique experiences. Whether it’s sandy beaches, water sports, fishing, golf or indulging in local delicacies, our home is at the heart of it all.
The space
THE SPACE
☆ This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Condo located in Sea Cabin within Cherry
Grove of North Myrtle Beach.
☆ It is a 2-story walk up with views of the ocean capable of sleeping 6 guests.
There is no elevator located on this property.
☆ Located across the street from the ocean and just south of Cherry Grove
Point–a small, secluded section of beach located at the Northernmost tip of
North Myrtle Beach
☆ The 53rd Avenue park and boat ramp are conveniently located just down the
street to the south.
☆ Open-concept style featuring new LVP flooring throughout
THE KITCHEN and LOUNGE
☆ The kitchen features high end appliances including an induction cooking
stove top, beautiful stone counter-tops, massive amounts of cabinets, and
stylish tiled back-splash.
☆ The living room is spacious and features coastal themed furniture and the
couch has a Queen Size pullout mattress.
☆ 55 inch Smart TV.
☆ Electric fireplace for extra warmth and ambiance.
☆ The balcony overlooks the pool and the beach.
☆ This condo includes Wifi, Cable TV, and lots of games and books
☆ Each room has ceiling fans and there is central AC.
THE BEDROOMS and BATHROOMS
☆ Master Bedroom- The primary bedroom also overlooks the pool and ocean,
features a Queen sized bed, and attached bathroom.
☆ The bathroom has beautiful fixtures, a huge tiled shower, and even includes a
lighted make up mirror on the wall. Stream your favorite TV shows and
movies on our smart TV.
☆ Hallway Bathroom – Same features as master bathroom, just slightly smaller
☆ Bedroom #2- 2 Twin Beds sleeping a total of 2 people. Additionally, this
room has a smart TV capable of streaming your favorite TV shows and
movies.

-Basic beach items are available to you when booking with us including some beach chairs (4), small cooler, and some beach toys.
-Sorry, no pets in this unit due to HOA rules.
-This unit also includes Pool Passes. There is a $100 fine for lost or stolen pool passes.
-Vehicle parking passes are provided and must be displayed in each vehicle.
-The fishing pier is currently closed for remodeling- sorry, no one has access to this at this time.

We had a great stay in Cherry Grove. The condo is located near the point and was beautifully decorated, very clean and very well appointed. Stacy was very friendly and responsive. We didn't have any issues or complaints. It is a very easy walk to the beach, lots of extras in the kitchen, which is always nice, and the labels on all the cabinets are very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Staying at Stacey's was the best choice! Our family loved the space and the location in Cherry Grove. The condo was spacious, exceptionally clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and her kitchen for her guests is well stocked and organized! We had everything we needed to feel right at home. Stacey was also quick to respond when I had questions and very helpful. For anyone who loves Cherry Grove I recommend her home away from home. Definitely a 5 star stay for us!
