Other things to note
☆ This unit is a private one-bedroom condo and has an adjoining door to a lockout able to be locked from either/both sides. Units may be rented together as a two-bedroom or separately as a one-bedroom and studio.
☆Additional owner rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in separate from the booking platform.
☆ This is a completely smoke-free (pipe, tobacco, vape, etc) and drug free unit and is limited to 8 guests. Any violation of these rules will result in termination of your rental agreement and additional fees.
☆ Linens and bath towels are supplied for each bed and MUST stay in the condo. Renter will be charged for any missing or damaged towels or linens.
☆ Please plan to bring your own beach/pool towels.
☆ A basic starter pack of toilet paper for each bathroom, a roll of paper towels, two trash bags, and dish soap is provided at check in. You will need to supply any additional products beyond the starter pack.
☆ Washer/dryer in the unit, but please bring your own detergent if you plan to wash a load during your stay.
☆ There is a front door Ring doorbell camera active on the property facing outward. It is active 24/7, motion activated with video and sound recording. It is there for the safety and security of our property and our guests.
☆ Deactivation of Wi-Fi (modem and/or router) may lead to immediate termination of the rental.
☆ There is a $50 replacement fee per remote. There are remotes for each TV.
